Learnware Design Inc. ships your order in a timely fashion and with great care. Shipping for all packages is done via Canada Post Regular Mail or Parcel Service depending on the quantity and size of the order. Shipping usually takes 5-6 days in Canada, and we have set standard rates for this type of shipping based on weight:
Minimum shipping is $2.00 CAD

- Single Book or Workbook: $4.00 CAD
- 2 Books or Workbooks: $6.00 CAD
- 4 Books or Workbooks: $9.50 CAD
- 5 Books or Workbooks Bundle: $10.50 CAD

Shipping rates are subject to change based on Canada Post rates. Mixed orders will be charged shipping based on comparable weight.
Shipping to the United States follows a similar shipping schedule based on US dollars.
We generally ship orders within 48 hours of receiving your authorized order. If there is a shipping delay, we will notify you.
Returns
We strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your order. Due to the nature of our products refunds are not available, however a purchase credit will be provided towards future purchases.
ALL Customers must receive a Return Authorization Number via e-mail before sending back any merchandise.
All product authorization numbers will expire 15 days after the date of issue. Returned products must be received by this date in excellent condition.
Our preferred method of return is by Canada Post.
Most returns are processed within 2 working days of receipt. Please help us by following our procedures.
